Currently seeking a Paid Search Strategist in Tampa, FL for Bisk Education! Bisk Education is a rapidly growing company which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities.

Position Summary:
The Paid Search Strategist is responsible for assistance in the development and execution of all search marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a problem solver mentality and the ability to think critically. The Paid Search Strategist will execute keyword research, campaign strategy, and setup, management, data analysis, and reporting, and ongoing campaign optimization. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the paid search projects in which he/she is involved and to assist all brands to meet established spend and lead goals, target Cost Per Lead (CPL), and other performance metrics.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage PPC campaigns; including campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copy writing and testing, and any other core capability required to maximize results, drive volume, and hit Cost Per Lead targets
• Conduct regular analysis and providing recommendations on increased performance in the areas of paid search
• Provide guidance and monthly reporting to brand management team on performance within search environment
• Responsible for providing innovative ideas and strategies for increasing lead generation in all Paid Search endeavors
• Aid in management of budgets by brand to ensure search marketing expenditures are within the budgetary guidelines
• Monitoring conversions, copywriting text ads, and managing bids on a daily basis according to allocated annual budgets
• Stay up-to-date on latest SEM strategies and trends, while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficacy of campaigns
• Must possess genuine, positive, and uplifting attitude that inspires coworkers and colleagues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong analytical focus with the ability to independently implement optimization findings
• A firm understanding of interactive marketing and online media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Self-starter approach to work with a positive attitude to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
• Very strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Bid Management & Web Analytics tools

Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Interactive Marketing
