A rapidly growing company, Bisk Education, which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities, is expanding its staff.We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join the Human Resources Team.

The Recruiter will research, recruit, screen, interview, and refer job candidates for job openings by performing the following duties:

  • Source, screen, evaluate and present highly qualified candidates to senior-level management
  • Design and execute strategic recruitment plans
  • Develop strong relationships with management to understand business objectives and recruitment needs within each department
  • Advise and coach management on interviewing, selection and offer strategies
  • Check backgrounds and references
  • Extend employment offers

    The candidate must have the following:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience within a corporate environment and/or agency experience required
  • Ability to design and execute full cycle recruitment campaigns
  • Commitment to sourcing the best candidates in the market
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Innovative, with strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
