Bisk Education, which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities, is currently seeking a Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager leads, coaches and manages a team of inside sales professionals and Supervisors to achieve student enrollment goals. The Manager is responsible for driving the enrollment goals of the team; monitoring, evaluating and coaching rep performance; reviewing daily phone logs and sales reports; leading by example; verifying compliance with corporate guidelines; maintaining a thorough working knowledge of Bisk Education’s call center technologies (Dialer, Talisma,) and order processes; and ensuring that sales and service goals are met.

The Sales Manager is also responsible for performing personnel management duties and assisting Senior Management with department operations.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Establish goals and action plan by division
• Coach and develop team to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
• Direct accountability for the sales and service goals of each division
• Develop strong internal business relationships
• Manage the dialer schedule ensuring coverage and dialer list penetration
• Ensure that InfoReveal and BIRT are administered correctly
• Analyze reports and drive rep productivity and performance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Minimum 5 years inside sales management experience in an outbound telesales environment
• Experience managing a minimum of 15 outbound sales reps
• Hands-on experience operating a predictive dialer system
• Strong working knowledge of database management
• Professionalism, self-motivation and dedication
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing the sales cycles
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills
• Ability to build, lead and motivate an effective and professional sales team
• Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding goals, leading, selling and coaching
• PC literate with experience in a Client Relationship Management system, Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Bachelors Degree
