

The Sales Manager will lead, coach and manage a team of inside sales representatives to maximize selling opportunities. Responsibilities include driving the sales goals of the team; monitoring, evaluating and coaching rep performance; reviewing daily phone logs and sales reports; leading by example, and verifying compliance with corporate guidelines.
Candidate must have:
• Recent & Relevant exp
• 3+ yrs of sales management exp in an outbound call center sales environment
• Managing up to 15-20 sales reps
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
