

The Media Coordinator will be responsible for successful coordination of campaign launches and the continuous management of media workflow.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate online ads from receipt of Insertion Order through the end of campaign reports
• Work with media buyers and key marketing members to determine and help maintain project schedules from start to final billing
• Maintain individual traffic job folders with copies of approved documents for Media/Marketing Department reference
• Develop and maintain time sensitive, updated project schedules while working with Brand and Marketing Managers to ensure timely deliverables
• Provide campaign reports as needed and work with Accounting Department on weekly/monthly billing reports
• Obtain necessary approval from required departments during the internal approval process
• Regularly communicate status of all projects and proposed projects to media department and brand/marketing managers
• Assist other members of media department when necessary
The candidate must have the following:
• 1-2 years experience in business-to-business environment preferred; new college graduates considered
• Organized and able to effectively manage campaign details
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s Degree
