

Position Summary:
The Senior Interactive Designer (SID) is responsible for continually exploring, creating & developing media campaigns to keep lead generating materials updated and abundant. Has the responsibility to use testing, reporting and statistics as tools by which to optimize & measure creative performance. It is important that the position understand and use analytical tools to improve upon design and ultimately conversions using website analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics), e-mail analystics (SilverPop), search analytics (Google Analytics), media campaign stats (Atlas), etc. The position offers strong creative media campaign support with continued involvement & responsibilities associated with lead designer to meet the needs of the company and the creative team. Additionally core functions include website maintenance, portal updates and client onboarding. Reports directly to the Creative Director.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in rapid deployment for rich media campaigns & SEO initiatives
2. Manage all day-to-day creative requests associated with product lines
3. Responsible for development and execution of creative for product lines
4. Work with media team to plan and place creative campaigns developed appropriately
5. Be conscientious of analytics and provide recommendations on creative performance in the areas of: advertising campaigns, user interaction, response rates, conversion rates, demographics and other key business drivers
6. Regularly provide insight on market trends and competitive products to provide input and guidance for future advertising creative, marketing strategies, data analysis and communication enhancement strategies
7. Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all creative. Also provide variations and options for creative optimization and testing
8. Develop and explore lead generating creative. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all projects
9. Address all creative needs in relation to websites maintenance, portal updates and client onboarding as requested in a timely and efficient manner while complying with internal processes and best practices
10. Ability to clearly communicate and document in an accurate, detailed manner and follow up as needed. Excellent communication skills required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Minimum 5 or more years relevant work experience in creative marketing services
2. Strong organization and analytical skills
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
4. Leadership ability with strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and proactive
5. Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to drive consensus among divergent groups
6. Experience developing and directing creative strategy in the areas of interactive media, direct marketing, websites and print/collateral
7. InDepth knowledge of .CSS System building, HTML, .asp, JavaScript & ActionScript is a must. Detailed understanding of website architecture and front end development best practices is required
8. Advanced understanding of Adobe CS3/4/5 & Microsoft Office Tools
9. Bachelor’s Degree or relative work experience
