This position will provide analytical support for lead generation and e-commerce activites for online marketing. This is a key contributor position that offers an influential role in the marketing group. The analyst will focus on delivering intelligent, actionable analysis and recommendations to the media and brand management groups.

Partner with manager and assigned brand teams to identify research needs and develop and execute an analytic strategy. Designs analytic strategy based upon an understanding of research techniques, knowledge of the brands involved (upcoming brand marketing plans), and the test objectives. Provide standard and ad-hoc reporting updates to executives, brand management, marketing, and media teams.

Analyze, interpret, present research data, and provide forward-thinking recommendations. The interpretation and translation of results into clear, concise, and actionable written reports and/or presentations is vital. The analyst must be competent at communicating judgment and recommendation on projects in an influential manner. Insights on past performance and recommendations will serve as the basis for key strategic marketing decisions.

Prepare sound business projections and forecasts for to evaluate potential impact of existing campaigns as well as new marketing and media initiatives. Use solid judgment based on business acumen and experience to build internal consensus and confidence in projections.

Develop, monitor, and measure test plans to drive optimization of online creative elements. Through knowledge of monitoring key metrics to improve visitor click through and conversion actions. An understanding of the impact and importance of all phases of a marketing test is required to handle and resolve unforeseen problems as they occur.

Serve as a departmental resource for market intelligence and competitive analysis Possess familiarity with key sources of primary and secondary research, and appropriate uses. Recommend , acquire, and interpret research as needed to support brand growth .

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or analytical field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, Knowledge of online marketing media including SEM, SEO, CPM, CPA, PPC, e-mail, Basic understanding of online lead generation and e-commerce campaign strategies, Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables Experience with relational databases, statistics, modeling, and forecasting, Familiar with media budgeting and billing process, Comfortable in fast-paced environment, Able to multi-task and prioritize, Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
