Bisk Education is seeking a dedicated ASP/.Net Creative Designer for the Marketing Department. The ASP/.Net Creative Designer will be supporting the Marketing objectives, focusing on lead generation & automation of Marketing processes.

The ASP/.Net Creative Designer will primarily be responsible for design and development of ASP.NET Web form solutions. In addition to web forms, the position will be responsible for conceptualization, design and development of applications using data views to provide production support, efficiencies & centralization of information. Full system life-cycle responsibilities with focus on front end development of user experience, middle tier business objects and data layer objects & stored procedures.

Responsibilities will focus on development & support of marketing communication lead generation needs, custom marketing tool sets (including internal tools such as Form Design Wizard, Redirect Tool, Ecommerce, implementation of personalization features, etc.) for campaign initiatives, tracking & development of best practices centered around the Tech department.

• 5 yrs exp in professional development environment that includes hands-on experience
• 3 to 5 yrs exp in marketing communications or agency environment
creating layout and design for lead-based campaign initiatives
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and user based design principles
• Advanced Understanding of Master Pages, Page Code-Behind Model, Page Lifecycle, Server Controls, User Controls
• 3 to 5 yrs of programming experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Exp with CMS architecture & integration on .NET platforms required
• Exp with Microsoft .NET frameworks, ASP.NET, HTML, Advanced CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL 2005, jQuery, C# and VB.NET. Thorough understanding of SQL database technologies & JavaScript
• Understanding of PHP, ActionScript & XML knowledge preferred
• Develop Best Practices for interdepartmental processes & communications
• Ability to architect solutions that focus on end user experience, interpreting & analyzing business requirements and production considerations to help meet business objectives in timely manner
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with different team members to create front end user centric solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, in gathering information and communicating direction. Attention to detail
• BA degree in Computer Science or MIS is preferred
