Bisk Education, which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities, is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager.


Position Summary:

The Sr. Sales Manager leads, coaches and manages a team of inside sales professionals and Managers to achieve Company goals. The Sr. Sales Manager is responsible for driving the enrollment goals of the team; monitoring, evaluating and coaching rep performance; reviewing kpi’s; leading by example; verifying compliance with corporate guidelines; maintaining a thorough working knowledge of Bisk Education’s call center technologies and order processes; and ensuring that sales and service goals are met.


The Sr. Sales Manager is also responsible for performing personnel management duties and assisting the Sr. Director of Sales with department operations, as well as coach and develop the team to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. The candidate must develop strong internal business relationships, and analyze reports and drive rep productivity and performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years inside sales management experience in an outbound telesales environment
• Experience managing a minimum of 50 outbound sales reps
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, & training
• Strong working knowledge of database management
• Professionalism, self-motivation and dedication
• Excellent communication skills, organizational, and follow through skills
• Experience in managing the sales cycles
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to build, lead and motivate an effective and professional management & sales team
• Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding goals, leading, selling and coaching
• Experience in a Client Relationship Management system, Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Bachelor’s Degree required
