Collections Representative Tampa Fl Bisk Education


Currently seeking a Collections Representative in Tampa, Fl for Bisk Education! Bisk Education facillitates the promotion of online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation's leading traditional universities.

Position Summary:

The Collections Representative will contact overdue accounts by phone and email to collect past due balances. Also, the Collections Representative will query information from Great Plains to create a call list and work within Excel to identify accounts to call.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in first party collections preferred
- Experience with higher education debt preferred
- Proficient with Excel and Great Plains
- Associate's degree
