Bisk Education, which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities, is currently seeking a Collections Representative.
The Collections Representative will contact overdue accounts by phone & email to collect past due balances. Also, will query information from Great Plains to create call list and work within excel to identify accounts to call.
We are looking for 2 years of experience in first party collections, experience with higher education debt, excel & Great Plains, and an Associate’s Degree.
We offer an excellent starting salary and a comprehensive benefits package: Life, Health, Dental, 401(k) and tuition paid for an accredited BA/BS/MBA.
