Mr. Bisk founded Bisk Education in 1971 and is responsible for directing the strategic activities of the business, including forming and communicating the vision of Bisk to its employees and driving the company's market focus. Mr. Bisk is a nationally known author of CPA Review, taxation, accounting and auditing programs and texts, as well as continuing education courses. Additionally, he has pioneered the development, writing and production of audio, video and multimedia continuing education and distance online education programs. Mr. Bisk served on the auditing staff of Ernst and Ernst (now Ernst & Young) and Arthur Andersen. In this capacity he was involved in auditing and taxation for corporate clients. Additionally, he was employed by Merrill Lynch and graduated from their two-year Executive Management Program. At Merrill Lynch he served in sales as well as a merger and acquisition specialist. Mr. Bisk has practiced law in Florida since 1973, with his practice focused on corporate and taxation matters. He previously served as Corporate Counsel to Bisk Education. Mr. Bisk earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Bisk is both an attorney and CPA in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs, AICPA, American Association of Attorney-CPAs, Florida Bar and American Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School and the Board of Trustees at the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech). He serves on the Board of Overseers at the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business at Florida Tech which was named in his honor in 2009. This college is one of the largest private business colleges in the U.S. with approximately 5,000 students.

Mr. Titen has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Bisk Education since 1992. During that time, Bisk Education has grown to become one of the nation's largest providers of online degree and certificate programs through our association with leading universities. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Titen served as Bisk Education's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Titen spent 11 years in public accounting and industry with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Cherry Bekaert & Holland, Hacker Johnson & Jacobsen (now Hacker Johnson & Smith) and AAA Peninsula Motor Club (now AAA Auto Club South).

Mr. Titen received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University. In 2005, Mr. Titen was inducted into the University of Central Florida's College of Business Administration Hall of Fame. Mr. Titen is an honorary member of Beta Alpha Psi and he serves on the University of South Florida School of Accountancy Advisory Council, the University of Central Florida College of Business Administration Dean's Executive Council, and the Tulane Tax Institute Planning Committee.

Mr. Titen is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.

Mr. Smith has served as Bisk Education's Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Administrative Officer since 2007. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Smith served as Chief Financial Officer, as well as the company's Executive Vice President beginning in 2003. Prior to joining Bisk, from 1996 to 2000 Mr. Smith was Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of Coast Dental Services, Inc. He also spent 20 years (10 years as a partner) with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), was past Chairman of the Board of the Metro YMCA, and currently serves on the YMCA 1844 Council.

Mr. Marrullier has served as Bisk Education's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2006. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Marrullier's 25 year career includes roles as General Manager of WestWayne Advertising in Tampa, FL; Director of Business Development for Philip Morris International in Lausanne, Switzerland; Director of Business Development for Virgin Clothing & Cosmetics in London, England; Director of Marketing Services for Prince Tennis and Benetton Sportsystem; and as a Brand Manager for Philip Morris USA in New York. Mr. Marrullier, who is fluent in four languages, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Advertising from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, AZ.

Mr. Bisk joined Bisk Education in 1993 when the Internet was just beginning to serve education. He is recognized by his peers as one of the leading experts in the nation in Internet marketing and strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in the Business of Sports Management from the University of Florida. He received a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Bisk also holds a Master Certificate in Six Sigma and Project Management from Villanova University, as well as an MBA Executive Certificate from Tulane University.

Dr. Dwyer has been Bisk's Chief Academic Officer since 2011. She has served at an executive level in higher education for more than 17 years, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer at Saint Xavier University from 2003 - 2009. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at University of Saint Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota; Academic Dean at Saint John's University in New York; and Assistant Dean at Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Dwyer received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Chestnut Hill College, a Master of Arts from Duquesne University, and a Ph.D. from Catholic University of America. She is a former Fulbright scholar and has published extensively on issues related to higher education.

Mr. Straschnov has served as Bisk Education's General Counsel since 2003 and as Vice President for Strategic Development since 2007. In that capacity Mr. Straschnov is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters at the company, and for the development of new university relationships and the roll out of new programs. Mr. Straschnov has over seven years of previous experience as an Internet entrepreneur, having founded and managed two successful internet-related companies specializing in services and proprietary content delivery, including a top 10 financial information portal. Prior to that, Mr. Straschnov practiced as a commercial litigator and corporate attorney, and served in the Sarasota County attorney's office. Mr. Straschnov earned a Bachelors of Arts from Colgate University, a Masters of Arts from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from the Valparaiso University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Ms. Bisk joined Bisk Education in 1999 as Corporate Counsel. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining Bisk she was employed by the Becker & Poliakoff Law Firm in Miami, Florida and the Hawkins, Parnell, Thackston & Young Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County, Florida Bar Association.

Mr. Stobaugh has served as Bisk Education's Vice President of New Business Development since 1995. Prior to joining Bisk, he served as marketing representative at IBM and held senior management positions with several NYSE companies including Advanced Systems, Inc. and Applied Learning International (a subsidiary of the National Education Corporation). Mr. Stobaugh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Geary has served as Bisk Education's Chief Financial Officer since 2007. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Geary served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Geary spent five years at Coast Dental Services, Inc. serving as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Geary served in various financial roles including Divisional Vice President and Controller for Beall's, Inc., the parent company of Beall's Department Stores and Beall's Outlet Stores, located in Bradenton, Florida. He spent six years with Deloitte and Touche, rising to the level of Manager. Mr. Geary received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

Mr. Kenney has served as Bisk Education's Vice President of Human Resources since 2005 and is responsible for corporate-wide strategic HR initiatives. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Kenney served as Vice President Human Resources for Vitality Foodservice, Vice President Human Resources for Lykes Bros., and various Regional HR roles with Owens Illinois. Mr. Kenney's human resources career extends over 25 years in manufacturing, consumer goods, transportation and education with specific experience in HR regulatory compliance, benefits administration, talent management, human capital development, and strategic HR development. Mr. Kenney also serves as an adjunct professor at Villanova University, instructing graduate-level HR coursework. Mr. Kenney earned his M.S. in Human Resources Management from Florida Institute of Technology and his B.S. in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kerce has served as Bisk Education's Chief Technology Officer since 2007. He previously served as Director of Technology Development, then Vice President of Technology and Course Development. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Kerce worked for Arthur Andersen's Tax Technology Group. He later transferred to the Arthur Andersen Business Consulting practice. Mr. Kerce has over 18 years of experience delivering custom technology solutions across numerous industries and over 12 years directly focused on online education. Mr. Kerce received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University.

Mr. Galloway has served as Vice President of Editorial and Audio/Video Production since 1995. He previously served as Senior Tax Editor and then as Managing Editor between 1991 and 1995. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Galloway practiced law as an Associate for several years, concentrating in the areas of corporate, tax, and securities. Later, he worked for Coopers & Lybrand, LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP) in both the tax services and litigation services groups. Mr. Galloway earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University and a Juris Doctorate from University of Maryland School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
