Position Overview 
Bisk is seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to support our Marketing Automation Team on a part-time, contract basis. This contractor role will be crucial in helping us achieve our objectives and meet our partner’s goals by providing additional capacity to implement key initiatives and optimize our marketing automation infrastructure. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Campaign/Email Builds (50%): Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows. 
  • Form Builds & Maintenance (10%): Develop, execute and maintain native and integrated forms.  
  • Quality Assurance (10%): Conduct thorough QA testing on email campaigns, workflows, and landing pages to ensure accuracy and performance. 
  • List Segmentation Setup & Optimization (10%): Create and manage segmented lists to target specific audience groups effectively, optimizing for performance. 
  • Reporting (10%): Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Landing Page Integrations (10%): Integrate and optimize landing pages within the marketing automation platform to ensure seamless user experience and conversion tracking. 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing automation, with a strong background in executing and managing campaigns across platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and basic HTML/CSS for email design. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Availability: Ability to consistently commit to 25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust based on project needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Bisk is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern with a strong focus on video production and social media strategy to join our team. As a Social Media Intern at Bisk Amplified, you will play a key role in enhancing our organic social media presence, particularly on YouTube. We are seeking someone who can bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our social media strategy.

This is a paid internship at $15.00 per hour with a flexible 25-hour work week. 

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase Bisk Amplified’s online presence across platforms.
  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for YouTube and other social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement new strategies.
Video Production:
  • Plan, storyboard, and produce video content that tells compelling stories and engages our audience.
  • Utilize video editing software to edit and finalize video projects.
  • Optimize video content for various social media platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Community Engagement & Analytics:
  • Engage with our social media community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct research to identify potential influencers and partnerships to enhance our social media reach.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in video production and social media content creation, preferably with a focus on YouTube.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Paid Media Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
Bisk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our performance marketing team. This role will primarily support various performance channels, including paid search, SEO, and paid and organic social media, while also assisting with backend operational support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have a strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot, and eager to learn and contribute. As the Paid Media Specialist, you can expect to:
 
We are targeting a starting salary of $50,000.

Campaign Creation & Management:
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of paid, earned, and owned media strategies.
  • Monitor paid campaigns and performance, troubleshooting any issues.
  • Help review and test marketing assets such as advertising copy, landing pages, and forms.
  • Aid managing paid advertising on platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.  
Social Media and SEO:
  • Assist in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Support SEO efforts to increase website traffic and online visibility.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Aid in ongoing and annual reporting, account reconciliation, and budgeting.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends.
Internal and External Communication:
  • Gather and disburse marketing materials, reporting, and insights, internally and externally.
  • Attend and note-take meetings, follow up on action items.
Product and Operational Support:
  • Support product management and operational tasks, as needed.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience preferably in an interactive agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related program, preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEM, SEO, and digital marketing principles. Hands-on experience working in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or SEO tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to navigate and develop pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in speaking to internal team members and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work independently.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Bisk is looking for a multifaceted, results-driven Director of Search Engine Optimization & Organic to strategize and execute all aspects of SEO: technical, on-page, and content. As the Director of SEO & Organic at Bisk, you will use AI and other tools to develop plans, set goals, conduct research, and execute data-driven strategies for all our partners. Must have strong, hands-on experience with utilizing AI for SEO and content development.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Subject Matter Expert (SME):
  • Develop and own the SEO and organic strategy and performance goals for all partners.
  • Monitor and measure goals using KPIs, such as organic traffic, search rankings, search engine visibility, click-through rate, and revenue generation.
  • Compile and provide regular reports on SEO performance, including insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and tools. Attend meetings as the SEO SME, present plans, provide data, and educate internal and external stakeholders.
Keyword Research & Content Development
  • Conduct market and keyword research to develop data-driven content plans that align with goals and our target audience. Develop content based on high-volume keywords.
  • Review and optimize existing content according to SEO best practices.
On-Page & Link building
  • Create and manage link building strategies and techniques by building strong relationships, content outreach, and thought leadership across the education industry.
  • Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, and internal linking. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Technical SEO
  • Conduct technical SEO and UX audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Apply directly as able and work with developers to implement SEO fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure website structure, code, and other technical elements follow SEO best practices.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working in a senior SEO role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEO optimization and content creation.
  • Proven history of setting and exceeding SEO & organic performance goals.
  • Technical SEO expertise: hreflang, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, 301 redirects, schema markup, internal/external linking strategies, international CMS  
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience using popular website crawlers (Screaming Frog, Lumar, and/or Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SEOptimer), and AI tools (Jasper, ChatGPT).
  • Google analytics experience with setup, auditing/maintenance, event tracking and reporting.
